EMAR System is a concept composed of several systems, including the electric duct in the floor system. It is designed and produced by Technic Steel at a lower cost but with a more efficientand quicker assembly system than the competition.
The product is thought, designed and optimized in such a way as to be an adaptable product according to the customer’s needs.
The product is implemented in the stores LIDL Piatra Neamt, LIDL Bucharest, LIDL Satu Mate, LIDL Timisoara, LIDL Vălenii de Munte and LIDL Suceava.
Materials used: Galvanized sheet 0.5mm, galvanized sheet 1mm, galvanized sheet 4mm, stainless steel sheet 0.5mm, stainless steel sheet 2mm – AISI 304
Technologies used: 3D Solid Works design, guillotine sheet metal cutting, laser cutting, abkant bending, TIG welding.
